Clinton Steinhoff is an experienced investment professional and portfolio manager with a specialized focus on retirement plan services. With a wealth of experience serving corporate, public sector, and not-for-profit organizations across the United States, Clinton leads Optima Capital Management’s Retirement Plan Division. In this role, he oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of retirement plans, including implementation, ongoing management, and the continuous evolution of investment strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Clinton is known for his forward-thinking approach to retirement planning. He designs and executes customized asset allocation strategies that balance long-term growth with prudent risk management. His work involves the meticulous crafting of investment policy statements (IPS), optimizing plan architecture, and advising on fiduciary best practices. Clinton also provides clients with clear, actionable performance reporting and insightful plan analysis, enabling sponsors to make informed decisions and maximize plan effectiveness.

 At the heart of his leadership is a commitment to fiduciary excellence. Clinton and his team partner closely with businesses to launch, assess, and refine their retirement plans—helping them foster financial wellness and ensure the long-term success of their employees' retirement outcomes.

 Clinton earned his degree in Business Law from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation, underscoring his expertise in retirement plan consulting and compliance. Originally from Casa Grande, Arizona, Clinton now resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid enthusiast of classic cars, horseback riding, and sport fishing—pursuits that reflect his appreciation for both craftsmanship and adventure.
